A special auto carrier equipped with a winch will safely load your vehicle onto the carrier, though an additional fee applies for this service. When booking online, select the Non-Running option, or inform your shipping agent by phone to arrange for your non-running vehicle’s transport.
Yes, you can transport personal items with your vehicle, but they must weigh under one hundred pounds and be stored in the trunk or hidden below the window line in the back seat. Please note, personal items are not covered by insurance and any damages or theft are not reimbursable.

If booked as running but found non-running at pickup, an additional fee applies, and the original carrier may not be able to accommodate the change.
